Retainer Fee & Reschedule Info

If you need to reschedule your session for any reason (life happens, I get it!), let me know at least 3 hours prior. Reschedules are able to use their deposit towards the next session.

No call/no shows are not eligible to use their deposit for a reschedule. They will automatically lose their deposit and have to pay a second deposit to book a spot again. This is because a deposit secures your spot. When you no call/no show, you forfeit that spot and thus the deposit. A new session time will need to be chosen and a different deposit will need to be paid to secure that new spot. 

If you are 20+ minutes late to your session, your session is automatically rescheduled and you will have to pay a small $30 late fee in order to pick a reschedule date. This is because there is often another client directly after your session, and the photographer may need to leave to make it on time. PLEASE make it on time, or a little earlier to your session to prevent an automatic reschedule.

All retainers are nonrefundable UNLESS the photographer is for any reason unable to make and/or reschedule the session.
